To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee for non-weddings, and 30% for weddings, is required.

Unfortunately, I cannot hold any dates without the retainer. An updated invoice that reflects your paid retainer and confirms your booking will be provided as soon as your retainer has been paid.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your wedding date, 14 days for non-weddings.

As of September 2024, we're no longer providing video services. I've worked with great videographers, and I've partnered with some great videography companies. They require separate booking. There's a bundle package if you're interested in photo and videos!

Your high-resolution images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery with download links or a mobile app.

4-6 weeks for photos. 12-16 weeks for video. however, a few sneak peeks will always be emailed within a week.

To ensure your special day is captured with the utmost care and creativity, we recommend booking our wedding photography services 6-12 months in advance. Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, and we only take on a limited amount of couples to ensure quality and dedicate enough time to capture your love story!

No, however we rent a studio for studio shoots. Clients have the choice of a studio or we can provide one at an hourly rate

Yes! Establishing a great connection with our clients is essential to being able to capture amazing photographs, so having some sort of contact beyond email is definitely recommended. My packages are generally base rates with the ability to add on extra hours, services, etc. Most events that I photograph end up with a custom package of some sort.
