Shoot & Deliver
On your grad day, I will guide you through posing, movement, and expressions while helping bring your vision to life in a natural, relaxed way.
After the shoot, I'll send the proofs to select your images for editing and the final edited images will delivered through a personalized online gallery!

Do you travel?
Yes!! I'm based in Columbus, Ohio and Minneapolis, Minnesota however, I will travel to your campus or city
Travel fees apply and will be added to the initial quote
How does the booking process work from start to finish?
When will I get the photos and how?
After your session, you’ll receive your proof gallery within 48 hours, along with access to your personal client portal.
From there, you’ll be able to select your favorite photos by tapping on the heart icon
Image proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days to choose your favorite photos for editing
Final edited images will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the selection of proofs.
Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee
I don't know how to pose, can you help me?
That's okay, you don’t need to know how to pose, that’s my job!
I will guide you through posing, movement, and expressions while helping bring your vision to life in a natural, relaxed way.
We’ll work efficiently within the time you booked so everything stays smooth and un-rushed!
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course, you can bring up to 5 guests to support you during the shoot, as long as they're not interruptive or interfering directly
If you want to take photos with them, you can include them in your session, but you must be in every photo
Do you have a studio?
I don't have a studio, I rent from a local studio.
Studios rent by the hour, often prices range from $75-$200 per hour.
During our consultation call, I will provide studio recommendations that best fit your vision
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
I understand that things can come up. Because your session time is reserved just for you, a few policies help keep scheduling fair for everyone.
Your retainer is non-refundable and secures your session date. Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will result in the full payment being forfeited, as that time was already set aside for you.
Reschedules within 48 hours will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, since that time could have been offered to another graduate.
In the case of a genuine emergency, I'll do our best to offer a reschedule at my discretion. If you need to request a new date, please email zak@zakiphoto.com or text me at the number provided in my email

What should I bring for my grad shoot?
I will have a cart to store your belongings
I recommend bringing:
Cap & Gown .
Diploma or Diploma Cover, if you don't have one, borrow from a family/friend or I can provide one to use
Your Outfits – If your package includes outfit changes, bring extra looks.
School Stole, Cords, or Sashes – Perfect for highlighting your honors and affiliations.
Props – Anything meaningful to you, like books, stethoscope, your nationality flag, sports gear, or a custom sign.
Touch-up Essentials – Lip gloss, a brush, oil blotting sheets, or anything to keep you looking fresh.
Walking Shoes - Location shoots will require a bit of walking around
Bringing these items will help personalize your shoot and make your photos feel like you.
Can I order prints or if I want to print out for my grad party?
You will be able to buy prints though your online gallery.
If printing for a welcome sign, I can help design it and recommend printing places to ensure the quality and colors are perfecto!
